By booking a service or placing an order through Calm Renewal (www.calmrenewal.com), you agree to the following policies.

Services & Appointments

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment, as well as missed appointments (“no-shows”), will incur a 50% service fee.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

Service Refunds

Due to the personalized and energetic nature of our offerings, all completed service sales are final.

Refunds or exchanges are not available after a service has been delivered.

Product Orders & Shipping

All products are made to order through a trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partner with facilities worldwide. Orders are produced and shipped from the location that can fulfill them most efficiently.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days before shipment.

Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges determined by your local customs office. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Calm Renewal LLC.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Incorrect Addresses & Lost Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If your order appears delayed or missing, please first:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors

  • Contact your local postal carrier

  • Check with neighbors or household members

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, Calm Renewal LLC does not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor color variation due to screen display differences

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, mislabeled, or incorrect, please contact melissa@calmrenewal.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and issue

  • Any relevant details regarding the order

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in cases where:

  • The wrong item was received

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The product was mislabeled

Requests submitted outside the 7-day reporting window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
