Through light touch or hovering hands, Reiki channels universal life energy — what we might call life-force — to help release tension, clear stagnation, and invite deep calm. At Calm Renewal, Reiki is blended with breath awareness to anchor the experience in the body.
What happens during a session?
You’ll rest comfortably—fully clothed—while calming music and intentional breath guide you into stillness. With Reiki, intuitive insights, and gentle rhythm, I’ll invite your energy to open and flow. Sessions may also include reflections from Human Design or the I Ching, offering clarity and direction that align with your energy type and natural cycles.
How will I feel during and after?
Most people feel peaceful, grounded, and more present in their breath. Some feel warmth or tingling; others experience emotional release or lightness. Afterward, you may notice more energy, calm focus, or a renewed sense of self. Your body continues to integrate the energy for a few days — so gentle self-care and hydration are encouraged.

How should I prepare for my session?
Come as you are, dressed comfortably. Take a few slow breaths before we begin. You may set an intention or simply arrive with openness — both are perfect. The session unfolds naturally, guided by your energy and what’s needed in the moment.
Can Reiki be done from a distance?
Yes. Energy isn’t limited by space. Distance sessions are equally effective and often include guided breathwork and personalized insight from your Human Design chart or the I Ching. You’ll receive the same sense of peace and renewal from wherever you are.
How many sessions do I need?
You may feel a shift after just one session, or you might choose ongoing sessions to support a deeper rhythm of healing and self-connection. Together, we’ll listen to your energy and decide what feels most supportive for you.
Is Reiki safe?
